Hyatt official bookings only. The award can only be used on reservations made directly through Hyatt's official channels (Hyatt.com or the World of Hyatt app) — not third-party booking sites.
Award delivered to your account. Once your order is complete, the reward is added directly to the customer's Hyatt account, where you'll find it on the Awards page.

Return policy
If your order has not begun processing, you can cancel for a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Once an order begins processing, cancellations are no longer possible, and voucher transfers cannot be reverted. We always notify you before processing starts, generally within 72 hours of purchase.
