A few important notes to make sure your Suite Upgrade Award is applied correctly.
Important usage notes
Hyatt official bookings only. Redeem through your World of Hyatt account or Hyatt's reservation line — mention the Suite Upgrade Award during booking so it's applied to your reservation.
Award delivered to your account. Once your order is complete, the reward is added directly to the customer's Hyatt account, where you'll find it on the Awards page.
Subject to availability. Upgrades depend on suite availability at the hotel and are not guaranteed. This award cannot be combined with Guest of Honor bookings.
Standard suite must be bookable with points. The upgrade can only be applied when the hotel has a standard suite available as a points (award) room. For exact suite availability, please check with Hyatt's official customer service before booking.

What do you need from me to start?
Please provide your World of Hyatt account number and full name. Note: the transfer is final and cannot be canceled or reverted.
How many nights can one award cover?
One award can be used for up to 7 consecutive nights in a single stay.
Is the upgrade guaranteed?
Upgrades depend on suite availability at the hotel and are not guaranteed. Suite availability varies by hotel and dates, and not all suites may be eligible for upgrade with this voucher.
Can I combine it with other rewards?
Each reservation can apply only one reward, and this award cannot be used in conjunction with Guest of Honor bookings.
Return policy
If your order has not begun processing, you can cancel for a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Once an order begins processing, cancellations are no longer possible, and voucher transfers cannot be reverted. We always notify you before processing starts, generally within 72 hours of purchase.
