That process has been replaced with account-based digital verification. Once your account is verified, the Associate Rate simply appears under Verified Special Rates in your Marriott Bonvoy account, on both the website and the mobile app.

Search for your hotel
Go to Marriott.com or the app, enter your destination and dates, and open the Special Rates dropdown on the search form.

Select Corp/Promo Code, enter MMA
Choose "Corp/Promo Code" from the rate list and type MMA in the code field, then hit Done.

No. Marriott has moved this fully digital — your verification shows directly in your account (web and app) under Verified Special Rates. There's nothing to print or present at the front desk.
Why is MMA harder to find availability for than MMP or MMF?
MMA carries Marriott's deepest discount, so properties allocate the fewest rooms to it. Being flexible with your travel dates or checking a few nearby hotels usually helps.
Can I earn Bonvoy points and elite night credit on MMA stays?
In most cases, eligible stays continue to earn Bonvoy points and elite night credit, subject to Marriott's current terms.
What happens when my 12 months are up?
Your account is automatically de-linked from the rate once the 12-month period ends. If you'd like continued access, you can order again for another term.
