What information do you need from me?
Your first name, last name and email address to register the challenge account.
Will I be Gold Elite immediately?
Yes — once the challenge is registered you're Gold Elite, valid for the 4-month challenge window. Complete 8 nights to upgrade to Platinum.
Can I use my existing account?
No — this challenge can only be done on a brand-new account that has not been registered with Marriott before.
Do points or award nights count toward the 8 nights?
No. Points and award room nights do not count. Only nights paid through the Marriott website or app are eligible qualifying nights.
Can I merge this new account with my existing Marriott account?
Yes. Since this challenge is done on a new account, once it reaches Platinum Elite status you can merge it with your existing Marriott account after 30 days — your existing account then inherits the Platinum Elite status.
I applied last year — can I apply again?
This challenge cannot be applied twice within 3 years.
Return policy
If your order has not begun processing, you can cancel for a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days — including before we create your account.
Once an order begins processing, cancellations are no longer possible. We always notify you before processing starts, generally within 72 hours of purchase.
