Q: What information is needed from me?
A: To start the process, we need your First name and last name, gender, date of birth and your phone number.
Q: How long does the process take?
A: Upgrades are completed within 1-2 weeks. If not approved within 3 weeks, you can wait a few extra days or request a refund.
Q: Can I participate in this challenge if I have already registered it before?
A: If you have participate in an status challenge upgrade with Virgin Australia before, then you are not eligible for this upgrade and will have to create a new account to participate in the upgrade.
Q: How to extend gold status to one year?
A: Virgin Australia Gold status can be extended for a total of 12 months if you manage to get 80 status Credits and finish at least 1 flight during the 90 days. It you fail to meet the requirement, then you will be demoted back to the original status after 90 days.
Return Policy
If your order has not begun processing, you can cancel it and receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. However, once a status or membership upgrade order begins processing, cancellations are no longer permitted. You will get notice if your order is beginning to process. Generally, orders will begin processing within 72 hours, except for the Virtual Mattress Run.
