If your order has not yet entered the processing stage, it is eligible for cancellation with a full refund to your original payment method. Once a status/membership upgrade order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be cancelled. It may takes 1 minutes to 12 hours to enter processing stage.
Refunds
Due to the nature of intangible service, all sales are final and non-refundable. Except for the following situations.
Order Fulfillment Policy
1. The product is unable to be delivered after 7 days of the longest promised processing time.
2. If your specified status/membership becomes invalid during the advertised period and you can prove that the account was not misused (e.g., buying or selling points, engaging in illegal activities in the hotel), we will reinstate your status on your account or provide a pro-rated refund based on the remaining advertised time. These provisions are in place to protect your interests, and such situations have not occurred for us.
We will notify you once we approved your refund request. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
